Compacted
In Compacted, every spin of the slot machine is a fight for survival. Build your reels with collectible symbols, and craft powerful game-breaking synergies. Trigger massive jackpots, level up, and push back the relentless walls closing in.
This is a roguelike deckbuilder where your choices matter. The slot machine isn’t just a lucky spin, rather you define what symbols are on it and it is you who determines where each reel stops! Level up, buy symbols, combine symbols to upgrade them and define the layout of your reels! Perhaps you will create a game breaking build? Will you conquer your debt, or be crushed under it?
You piled up a mountain of debt with numerous creditors, and now you've been captured, and must pay each one back in order to gain your freedom. Failure to do so requires that you be compacted under the rules of the Lenders Association!
Note: Compacted is not gambling and is rather a roguelike deckbuilder. This is strategy coupled with skill. It is up to you to successfully stop on the symbols that you are aiming for and it is you who decides what is installed on each reel and where. The shop is where there is randomness in what symbols, and tier, are available for purchase.
This is the demo version of Compacted. The full version will be coming to Steam, and if easily possible, then to Itch as well!

Love the demo; runs smoothly. Slot Shop options feel a bit limited. Also awkward that I am trying to pay off debt and use same gold to upgrade my slot sections. I won a round by not buying any upgrades...not sure if that is really fun. The gear upgrades look great. Excited to see full version.
Thanks for playing, yes there is a tension on purpose of whether to spend that precious gold on upgrading the reels or whether to just get to the debt target. Each subsequent level gets harder so some amount of upgrading is important in the full game.
