I'm the developer of Zero Distance and I've launched the web browser demo for Zero Distance here on Itch. I've also released the demo for the game on Steam and the full version of the game will be launching on Steam and will feature cloud saves and steam achievements. Any of your saved progress saved in the Steam demo will automatically transfer across to the full game on Steam as well.

In Zero Distance you take the role of an Arabian freedom fighter trying to save his country from an invading occupation army. Huge swarms of enemies will attack you and in this horde survival game it is their bullets and mines that you need to avoid. There are twenty waves which range from 20 to 40 seconds (final wave is 90 seconds) and in between waves you buy weapons and upgrades to become more and more powerful.

If playing the game through the web browser, you can lower the graphics settings from within the game if it starts to get laggy.

I've written a simple player guide with some thoughts towards winning as well.
